Take an airport shuttle
Go Express is our recommended airport shuttle provider. They charge $29 each way from IND to Bloomington, and drop off at the Spring Hill Suites, which is about 7 blocks from the Courtyard Marriott and 10 from the Secretly Distribution office. Their website recommends booking ahead, though they do accept bookings at the airport.
